■ In celebration of season 2’s confirmation, comments from Yūki Kaji, Reina Ueda, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Aoi Yūki have arrived!
<Yūki Kaji (voice of Soujiro the Willow-Sword)>
With all the actors and actresses gathered together to color the story in various ways, Ishura is becoming more and more fun, and increasingly intense! The story’s not ending at such a midway point, no! We’re heading into the second season!!
I’m sure Soujiro is excited about the new fight that’s about to kick off!
Now then, there’s no time to take it easy! Let’s all fight to the end together!
We!!
<Reina Ueda (voice of Yuno the Distant Talon)>
Congratulations on season 2’s confirmation!
I’ve been closely watching the story centered on Yuno and Soujiro, and I’m under the impression that these two have overcome an incredible challenge in the first season.
However, Yuno’s goal is still far out of reach… so I can’t wait for what’s coming next…!
I hope everyone will continue to enjoy the series as it heads into season 2!
<Nobuhiko Okamoto (voice of Hidow the Clamp)>
I think the real fight is still to come, so I’m very happy to see that season 2 has been confirmed.
I really like the way words are linked together in the narration, but “the power of the unknowable—the authority of an instant death” in particular gave me chills.
I wanted him to be someone who is not only powerful like this, but is also capable of clever speech. He’s also fashionable in a way, much like the World Word.
Please look forward to the upcoming battle royale—there’s no telling who will come out on top in a conflict with such powerful participants.
<Aoi Yūki (voice of Kia the World Word)>
Congratulations on season 2’s production getting confirmed!
There are still many great parts from the original work that have yet to appear in the anime, so I’m very happy. I’m also glad that I get to play Kia for what’s coming up next in the story.
For those of you who are only watching the anime, I imagine you can’t help but be curious about what’s going to happen to each character, so I hope you’ll all look forward to the second season!
[Anime Overview]
TV anime: Ishura
<Introduction>
The world where the “True Demon King” once ruled is now governed by madness and fear.
The Demon King was brought down, but his death did not bring about peace.
It all began with the destruction of Nagan Labyrinth City.
In this incident, a swordsman from another world known as Soujiro the Willow-Sword was confirmed for the first time in official records.
However, he was not alone in his immense power—the Shuras, worthy of being called the strongest beings, gathered together in the New Principality of Lithia.
With this military might, the New Principality of Lithia was preparing for all-out war with Aureatia—the largest nation in the world—in order to seize hegemony following the death of the Demon King.
Intending to put a stop to Lithia’s warpath, a plot is hatched in Aureatia to assassinate Lithia’s leader, and the chosen assassins also possess supernatural might.
The stage is set, and the battle that will determine the strongest of the strong begins.
